Abstract

A leading group can move with uncertain inputs, while simultaneous best-and-worst selection adds an explicit avoidance outcome. Evaluation should retain scenario-specific membership and separate false avoidance from false adoption. Precise ordering inside one nominal group does not establish that the complete admissible portfolio remains useful across the defended input conditions. This focused synthesis develops an empirical comparison that preserves the terminal action, observation process, and total verification cost. Its proposed tests are prospective; no new simulation run, model-training result, or intervention effect is reported.
