Partition Search in an Interacting Intervention Landscape
Abstract
Network interventions need a mechanism linking actions to outcomes across interaction layers. Partition search can organize discovery but cannot supply missing network or behavior evidence. Evaluation should reserve independent checks of selected configurations and record unvisited regions. A favorable simulated intervention score remains separate from an observed epidemiological effect. This focused synthesis develops an empirical comparison that preserves the terminal action, observation process, and total verification cost. Its proposed tests are prospective; no new simulation run, model-training result, or intervention effect is reported.
