Abstract

The question concerns probability of illustrative high-use interval. The secondary ordinary least squares analysis contains 19,735 observations and uses cluster covariance. The coefficient on T_out is -0.0096, with a 95 percent interval from -0.0136 to -0.0055. A high-use interval defines a different question from average log energy. The event is illustrative and does not certify unacceptable demand. Many intervals share a date, so information accounting should distinguish rows from groups. Sequential allocation and unknown-variance selection would need a compatible observation process before their guarantees could be applied to these clustered binary events. The estimates describe the released collection and its conditioning set. No new data collection, simulator experiment, or deployment-policy evaluation is claimed.
