Abstract

Multiple constraints require joint outcome evidence, while input-uncertain allocation recognizes uncertainty in the driving distribution. A budget should identify which gap limits admissibility. Independent scenario checks and new input observations address different parts of that gap. Increasing nominal simulator replications alone can make an inaccurate feasibility claim look more precise. This focused synthesis develops an empirical comparison that preserves the terminal action, observation process, and total verification cost. Its proposed tests are prospective; no new simulation run, model-training result, or intervention effect is reported.
