Coverage in Charging and Network-Intervention Design
Abstract
Multifidelity charging and multiplex-network search can each use computation to expand candidate coverage. Their mechanisms require different input and outcome evidence. Evaluation preserves the cost of correcting cheap or approximate representations and independently checks selected actions. Coverage savings do not establish a common operational or epidemiological benefit across these applications. This focused synthesis develops an empirical comparison that preserves the terminal action, observation process, and total verification cost. Its proposed tests are prospective; no new simulation run, model-training result, or intervention effect is reported.
