Converging Allocations for Contextual Gaussian-Process Decisions
Abstract
Convergence of a budget allocation and contextual Gaussian-process selection concern both a path and a covariate-indexed action. Evaluation should retain local choice errors at practical budgets and inspect where measurements are concentrated. Stable aggregate allocation does not establish coverage of sparse contexts whose decisions rely mainly on modeled dependence. This focused synthesis develops an empirical comparison that preserves the terminal action, observation process, and total verification cost. Its proposed tests are prospective; no new simulation run, model-training result, or intervention effect is reported.
