Acoustic Outcomes across Released Wind-Tunnel Conditions
Abstract
The question concerns scaled wind-tunnel sound-pressure projection on released test conditions. The secondary ordinary least squares analysis contains 1,503 observations and uses HC3 covariance. The coefficient on log_frequency is -3.6578, with a 95 percent interval from -3.9817 to -3.3338. The released acoustic conditions define a response surface, not a newly searched design. Surrogate global search and beam planning motivate independent checking where an optimizer would favor an extreme. Their application mechanisms remain distinct from these wind-tunnel records. The conditional sound projection supplies neither a new aircraft test nor a clinical planning outcome. The estimates describe the released collection and its conditioning set. No new data collection, simulator experiment, or deployment-policy evaluation is claimed.
