Abstract

Personalized selection indexes the action by patient information, while network search represents interactions among intervention targets. The combined agenda must state how the context enters that mechanism. Independent simulated checks can assess computational recommendations; observed health effects require their own evidence. A contextual label does not replace missing network or response data. This focused synthesis develops an empirical comparison that preserves the terminal action, observation process, and total verification cost. Its proposed tests are prospective; no new simulation run, model-training result, or intervention effect is reported.
